For BMW models with rear-wheel drive, Integral Active Steering combines passively steering rear wheels with variable steering ratio at the front axle. When your BMW reaches up 60 mph the rear wheels will turn in the opposite direction to the front wheels. This shortens the wheelbase, thus improving your vehicle's maneuverability and agility. This can be extremely useful especially when changing lanes quickly and abruptly. At Hendrick BMW safety is never compromised for stability and comfort.
