    After attending the University of California, Los Angeles, and graduating with a degree in Sociology, a vacation to the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina changed Cliff Spangler's life. Cliff and his wife fell in love with the area and decided to raise a family in Charlotte, N.C.
    After moving east, Cliff joined Hendrick Automotive Group in 1998 as a sales associate at Hendrick Lexus on Independence Boulevard in Charlotte. A consistent top performer, Cliff achieved the 2003 Pinnacle Award from Hendrick Automotive Group for being the company's top sales associate of highline vehicles.
    The following year, Cliff was promoted to New Car Manager at Hendrick BMW, also in Charlotte. Cliff's department's sales increased and helped Hendrick BMW become the best-selling luxury brand in the greater Charlotte area. The dealership has since earned twelve consecutive BMW Center of Excellence awards and was named the number-one BMW dealership in the country in 2011, 2012, and 2013 based on sales, service and customer satisfaction.
    Cliff showed promise as a team leader and was promoted in 2012 to General Manager of Hendrick BMW Northlake located at the Hendrick Luxury Auto Mall at Northlake in Charlotte. After a successful start up at the Hendrick BMW Northlake location, Cliff was promoted to General Manager for Hendrick BMW & Hendrick MINI located on Independence blvd.
Cliff and his wife have a daughter. The family resides in Charlotte.

    I was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, but moved to southwestern Ohio when I was around 7 years old. After graduating high school, I found my way back up to Michigan and enrolled in a small business school with known automotive ties-Northwood University. I graduated from Northwood in May of 2015 with a degree in Automotive Marketing & Management.
   It was at Northwood that I came into contact with people inside the Hendrick Automotive organization, and came down to Charlotte to interview. Hendrick BMW felt like a good fit for me immediately and I've been proud to call Charlotte my home ever since. I have a lifelong passion for everything automotive and I am fortunate to have the absolute finest product to represent-The Ultimate Driving Machine.

   I was born in 1993 in Tampa, FL and I have been in the automotive business since my 18th birthday, starting as a Service Advisor at a Chrysler dealership down in Florida and working my way up to being hired at BMW just 2 years later. My family has always had BMW's in the garage, which is what made me want to work for BMW, as they really are the ultimate driving machine. I moved to the Charlotte area with my wife and son for a change of scenery, and to be in a more family focused environment to grow our family. Outside of work I like to take my family out to the mountains, parks and Disney, and I also enjoy golfing and bowling.

    I grew up in a small town in New Jersey where we had plenty of land for me to learn to drive and work on cars at a very young age. That is where my love for cars began. After attending Kean University where I studied Business Management and Accounting, I worked in Retail Management while I spent all of my free time customizing my own car. In 2001, while living in Miami I purchased my first BMW and that's when I was hooked on the Ultimate Driving Machine.
    In 2008, I moved to Charlotte and that decision led to the best career move I ever made by joining the team at Hendrick BMW. I started working in the Parts Department and a few years later I was promoted to Parts Manager at Hendrick MINI. In 2015, I once again received a promotion to come back to the BMW Team as Parts Manager. It's truly a great feeling to come to work every day when your job is also what you love to do.

    Following college, I found my way to Hendrick BMW as the youngest new car client advisor in 2011.     I was born in Augusta, Georgia and I graduated from Thomson High school in 1984, and before leaving Augusta I met my wife, Kristi.
    I started in the car business at Gerald Jones VW, Audi, Volvo, and Subaru in 1984 as a parts runner, car washer.  I was quickly promoted in 1985 as a Service Advisor and eventually promoted to Service Manager in 1995. In 1997 I moved to Hilton Head, SC to become the new Service Manager at Carolina Volvo and worked there for 8 years. In 2005 my family moved to Charlotte so I could take a position with University Volvo as their Assistant Service Manager. I then was hired as the Parts and Service director for Subaru of Concord. Eventually in February 2012, I was hired at Hendrick BMW as a Service Advisor and then was promoted to Assistant Service Manager in April 2014. Fairly quickly in December 2014 I was promoted to Service Manager.
    I have always wanted to work for a Hendrick store because of the reputation that Mr. Hendrick's stores have in the automotive industry. I love working here because the entire company is built on core values and everyone is treated as an equal. I like the fact the company encourages promoting from within. Out of my 34 years in the car business this is no question the best dealership I have ever been involved in.

    I began my career with Hendrick BMW in January of 2005. I have held various roles at Hendrick BMW, but recently was promoted to Recon Manager in March of 2018. After working for Hendrick BMW for 13 years I can truly say, that they take care of their employees and value family.
   I married my High school sweet heart, Ashlie, and we have two wonderful boys. Most of our weekends are spent at a ballfields or basketball courts coaching and cheering our boys on. God and family are the most important things in my life and I cannot spend enough time with them.

    I was born and raised in a small rural town of South Hill, VA which is approximately 4 hours from Charlotte, NC. After attending Hargrave Military Academy for a majority of my high school period, I went to and graduated from Roanoke College in Salem, VA. After graduation, I began a career in Digital Communications when the cell phone, internet and pager services industry were beginning their boom. After managing a retail location for a few years, I was ready for a change, not only in career paths, but in location also. I knew I wanted a "city-like" atmosphere, but still wanted to be able to get home to family within a few hours if needed. This direction led me to Charlotte in 2001 where I met with 3-4 different Hendrick dealerships to begin my search for a new life. I quickly knew that if I wanted to go into the automotive industry, I wanted to start with and be a part of the best team and brand…Hendrick BMW. I got the job on the spot, went back to Roanoke, VA, packed my bags and returned only a few days later to begin my new adventure in a new city and new career.
    After being a part of the BMW team for only 1 and ½ years, I created a book of business that led me to become the Top Client Advisor within the dealership. I thrive on creating long lasting relationships, my "treating the client as I would want to be treated" attitude and tenacity has provided me the honor of maintaining my Top Client Advisor status ever since 2004!! In addition, I have been the recipient of Hendrick Automotive Group's Chairman's Club Award and Pinnacle Award which is given each year to the top Client Advisor within the Hendrick Organization 10 times. While I consider this quite the accomplishment in my tenor here, I'm more proud of the fact that out of this past 10 year streak, I have retained the highest Customer Satisfaction Level from my clients which means, not only do I take pride in assisting my clients obtain the "Ultimate Driving Machine" but I do it with 100% satisfaction with every client I work with each and every time. I have also been fortunate to be a part of a select group of BMW Client Advisors from around the country to garner the cherished Victory Lap Award for 7 consecutive years, which is BMWNA's top award given to the top advisors in the United States and have been able to travel to various parts of the world to celebrate this accolade.
    After just recently passing my 19th year anniversary with Hendrick BMW, I reflect on how proud I am to be a part of this amazing brand that continues to be the pinnacle of innovation and technology and a member of an amazing team with Hendrick BMW that takes great pride in assuring our guests receive the best vehicle on the road while being treated with the utmost respect they deserve in a welcoming environment.

  I was born and raised in sunny Southern California, and worked in the automotive industry while attending college and subsequently never returned back to college. I have been with BMW for 15 years and, decided to move to North Carolina in 2013 with my family. I have a wife of 12 years, Robyn and 3 small children Mikey 10, Emma 8 and Sienna 7.
     I joined the Hendrick Automotive Group family and have enjoyed the change ever since. I work as a Finance Manager here at Hendrick BMW on Independence Blvd and look forward to the future opportunities as they arise.

    I am a family man and native of Buffalo, New York. I am very proud of my hometown and on days off may be seen in Buffalo Bills, Sabres or NY Knicks regalia! I relocated my family to Charlotte in 2011, and have been an equally proud citizen of the Queen City, frequenting sporting events and taking in the overall beauty of the city and surrounding area.
    I attended Bryant & Stratton Business College and Buffalo State College. I have degrees in Business and Accounting, which I use to my advance in the banking industry while in NY in my roles in sales, portfolio accounting, mortgage servicing and as a credit manager.
    Upon my relocation, I began a career in the automotive industry working for different brands before becoming a proud member of Hendrick BMW. During my time in the industry, I have been the highest rated employee at my previous store for customer satisfaction on Dealer Rater for several years, and have a five star rating online. I look forward to bringing the same energy and passion to the Hendrick Automotive Group that has made me successful in many other areas of my life and continue to further my career in the automotive industry.

    I was born in Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. My father was in the Air Force for 33 years, so I grew up all over the country. I began high school in Hawaii and graduated in Florida. I joined the USAR while going to college at UWF. I began working in retail while going to college. I got married and my wife and I moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1996. My wife and I both had careers in fashion retail management.Â
   We had our daughter in 2011, and it changed our lives. In 2014 we decided it was time for a change. After 19 years in the Bay Area, we decided to look for a new home to raise our daughter and be closer to our families. We looked for a new home on the east coast and fell in love with Charlotte.Â
   I have been a big fan of BMW my whole life. I have been a faithful customer for many years. My family and friends have been telling me for years that I should go work for BMW because I am always trying to sell them on the brand. We purchased our last BMW from a Hendrick dealership in Pleasanton, California. I was excited to learn that Charlotte was home to one of the best BMW dealerships in the nation. I am very happy to be part of the wonderful team here at Hendrick BMW in Charlotte. Â

    I was born in 1992 in a small town near Boston Massachusetts to a small family with only one older brother. Soon after my birth, my family decided to move back to Medellin Colombia. There, I grew and integrated into that happy and joyful culture of the Colombian people. Surrounded by a much bigger family (25 uncles and aunts between my two parents), I not only learned their culture, but I also became fluent in reading, writing and speaking Spanish.
    Then, in 2002 my family decided to move back to the States in hope of a much greater future for me and my brother. I started the 5th grade at Greenway Park Elementary and moved on to McClintock Middle School where I would enjoy all my middle school years. As I became more integrated into this new and wonderful country, I developed a passion for music and sports, something I would carry on through my high school years. This passion led me to 5 years in the schools orchestra and 4 years of varsity soccer at East Mecklenburg High School and Sunvalley High School. As soon as I was able to, I started working at the age of 15. I started as a bagger at Food Lion and soon moved into a cashier, stocker, and finally frozen food supervisor.
    After I graduated high school, I got the great opportunity to start working for Hendrick BMW at the age of 18 as a lot porter. Meanwhile, I continued my studies and found myself very interested in the Law Enforcement field. I joined the Criminal Justice program at SPCC and received my Associates degree. I planted my roots in Charlotte N.C, bought my first house and had a beautiful daughter named Camila. My passion for cars continued to grow over those of Law enforcement and new opportunities opened at Hendrick BMW, I took on some more responsibilities and moved into the internet marketing sector of the store; ultimately leading me to an even greater opportunity as the assistant/inventory manager of the Pre-owned department. After taking some time off to travel the world, I returned to Hendrick BMW as a Pre-Owned Client Advisor.

    Mike is a lifelong resident of Charlotte, N.C., where he still resides with his wife, Ashley, and son, Charlie. Mike grew up playing golf with his father every other day and, after attending Wingate College, obtained his PGA card which allowed him to play on the professional circuit. While working as an assistant golf professional, Mike met and became friends with Brian Porta, a previous sales manager who is now the general manager of Mercedes-Benz of Northlake. Brian saw much potential in Mike and asked him to consider working at Hendrick BMW. Mike accepted the offer in September 2003 and has loved his time with us here. He's always had a passion for cars and with BMW's high-performance culture, the dealership was a perfect fit.     I was born right outside Miami, Florida, and moved to Charlotte, North Carolina in 1997. At the age of 6 years old, I began boxing, which led to numerous accolades. I was eventually invited to qualify, and compete in the USA Boxing Junior Olympic National Championship. I competed in the sport until 2007.Â
   I attended New York University in 2008, where I discovered a love for film and fashion while studying psychology with a focus on human emotion. After NYU, I began writing screenplays in my free time, which I currently have four under my belt, and began a career as a personal stylist. I moved to Charlotte years later to be a part of my young niece's life.

       I was born and raised on Long Island, New York. After moving out of New York, I spent most of my young adulthood in South Florida. So many great things came out of living in a small town like Jupiter, FL, the one most important was meeting my high school sweetheart and now fiancé. I attended Florida Atlantic University and graduated with my Bachelors in Business Marketing. After school I moved to Boston to be with my fiancé, after living there for only a year we decided life would be better in the Carolinas. After working with Hendrick BMW in the Raleigh area and my wife with Bank of America, she got an offer she could not refuse in Charlotte. Even though we have not been here long, we can already tell we will be calling this home for a very long time.
     For as long as I can remember, I have been in love with cars. Growing up, I was always surrounded by the car industry: my father owned several automotive specialty companies. My entire family has a hand in the car industry so there was no getting away from it, even though I never wanted to. Whether it would be working on old cars with my dad, drag racing, or racing a Lamborghini around a track, I have done pretty much everything with cars. I am always staying up with the latest and greatest to give me a competitive advantage but also because I have such a passion towards the automotive industry. I love many different cars, but have only worked with BMW, being that it is hands down my favorite brand.
   In my free time, I enjoy working on an old corvette that I have and taking it to car shows. I also love traveling with my wife any chance I get, we try to take one big trip a year to a place we have never been. If we are not traveling, we try to keep active with our 80-pound golden doodle, Roux.

   I was born in Georgia before moving to Charlotte when I was about five years old. After graduating from Hickory Ridge High School, I was fortunate enough to find a position with Hendrick BMW. I began in the Service Department as part of the service car wash team, and about a year after I started I was promoted to Service Valet. I would help move all the cars that came in for service back to the Technicians, and assist clients with anything they might need while they waited to check-in for service or before they left. This allowed me to fine-tune my customer service skills, and feel comfortable with our guests.
   Working at Hendrick BMW for nearly two years has helped my passion for cars grew tremendously! I regularly attend car shows and watch videos on all of the newest cars (especially BMWs) that are going to be released. This is what recently led me to become a BMW Genius. I have always loved learning everything I can about BMWs as a hobby, and now I get to learn about them as my job, and spread my knowledge and love of BMWs to others! My love and enthusiasm for the brand and this company make me excited to come to work every day!

    After spending a few weeks visiting family who relocated to the Charlotte area, I knew where I wanted to be!     I grew up in Livonia, NY, and graduated from Livonia Center High in 2000. I knew that I wanted to get into the automotive industry when I graduated so I went to Northwood University in Midland, MI for collage. I graduated with a degree in Automotive Marketing and a minor in Business Management.Â
   After college, I managed the service department of Kemp's Bus Sales in Avon, NY. In 2007, I moved to Charlotte and started working for Lake Norman Infiniti as their parts wholesale representative. Shortly after that I started working at University Volvo as a Service Advisor. And then finally in 2014, I was asked to join Hendrick BMW as a service advisor. This is by far the best position I have had yet. I feel very fortunate to be part of such a wonderful company.

    I grew up in Southern Ohio, and I went to college at Marshall University. I moved to Charlotte in 2003 and I have loved every minute of it. My wife, Alli and I have two children, Maximus and Shelby. I really enjoy working at Hendrick because they treat their customers and their employees with the utmost respect. I could not ask for a better place to work and expand my knowledge of the automotive industry.     After graduating from USF in Tampa, FL with a business management degree, I fell in love and married my kind and beautiful wife. During that same period, I began working for Reeves BMW as a service advisor. After a little over a year there, my wife and I decided we'd like to move to the Carolinas. After interviewing with Hendrick BMW and spending time in the queen city, we decided that Charlotte would be a good fit and moved here in February 2006. Since then, our family has grown to include 2 wonderful boys. We feel very fortunate to have made the move to Hendrick BMW and to this fantastic city. I'm humbled to have so many great team mates and loyal clients. I hope to continue to serve the Charlotte community for many years to come.

My name is Luca Reyner. I was raised in Queens New York. I have always been a person filled with energy and as a child I spent most of my time playing baseball. I played throughout college and some Semi-Pro Baseball. I graduated from Queens College in NY and majored in Physical Education. After college I got really lucky and married the love of my life Agustina Reyner. After we had a child we moved down to Miami FL where we lived for 7 years. My wife, son and our 3 dogs moved to Charlotte NC in November of 2012.
    After College, I started in the Auto industry, and have been with BMW for 10 years. I spent most of those years with Braman BMW in Miami FL, divided equally between sales and service. I enjoy the service side of the business and I am looking forward to continuing my growth with BMW and Hendrick BMW.
    Hendrick BMW is the most amazing dealer to work for. I have been with BMW for 7 years and I have never seen or experienced the level of service and professionalism that Hendrick BMW provides both the customers and to their employees. I am thrilled to work for this company and I am looking forward to much growth and success as the years go by.

    I started my career in the automotive industry by attending Nascar Technical Institute in Mooresville, NC. I am originally from Florida so when I moved to North Carolina in my early 20's it was a big change, but I quickly fell in love with area. After graduating from Nascar Tech, I was offered a spot in the BMW STEP technical training program to become a Master Technician; what a wonderful opportunity! I graduated in 2009 and received all of my certifications. I obtained employment back in South Florida and while working there I continued to learn about the BMW brand and the industry. I never forgot about how much I loved North Carolina and made it my goal to move back here permanently.
    During the last 10 years, I married the love of my life, and we had three amazing children together. We came to visit North Carolina and Hendrick BMW and there was no doubt in our minds that this was where we wanted to be. It is great to be here and to be a part of such an awesome team of positive people. After only being here for several months, I can already see why everyone speaks so highly of this organization. I am looking forward to having a long career with Hendrick BMW!
