This is one of the most comprehensive maintenance programs in its class, covering all factory-recommended maintenance services during the New Vehicle/SAV Limited Warranty Period. It also covers specific items that require replacement due to normal wear and tear. (For details, please see facing page.)
Unlimited-mileage Roadside Assistance
Receive Roadside Assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for the first four years of ownership, without any mileage limitation.
BMW MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
UP TO 4 YEARS/50,000 MILES
One of the most comprehensive maintenance programs in its class, the BMW Maintenance Program covers all factory-recommended maintenance services during the New Vehicle/SAV Limited Warranty Period. It also covers specific items that require replacement due to normal wear and tear, such as brake pads, brake discs, clutch disc, and wiper blade inserts.
While other car owners will incur from several hundred to over one thousand dollars of maintenance costs during the first four years they own their vehicles, you pay nothing for the first 4 years/50,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
BMW MAINTENANCE PROGRAM UPGRADE
UP TO 6 YEARS/100,000 MILES
You may have the option to purchase an upgrade, extending your maintenance coverage an additional 2 years/50,000 miles for a total of 6 years/100,000 miles. And as long as you haven't exceeded either 5 years or 60,000 miles, you can still sign up 4.
The Maintenance Program Upgrade option also extends the standard 4 years/unlimited mileage BMW Roadside Assistance Program benefit period by an additional 2 years/unlimited mileage, for a total of 6 years/unlimited mileage.
All covered Maintenance Program services are performed at authorized BMW centers, by BMW-trained technicians, using only Original BMW Parts ? ensuring your BMW remains The Ultimate Driving Machine.®
1 BMW Ultimate Service™ coverage applies only to U.S.-specification BMWs imported and distributed by BMW of North America and sold or leased through authorized BMW centers or its European Delivery program or the BMW Military Sales Program. 2 The BMW Maintenance Program covers all factory-recommended maintenance services as determined by the Service Interval Indicator for all new eligible MY 2004 and later BMW vehicles. Specific additional items that need replacement due to normal wear and tear are also covered. The maintenance coverage period is for the first 4 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. Exclusions from coverage include: gasoline, gasoline additives, windshield washer fluid, tires, wheels, wheel alignment and tire balancing. All work must be performed by an authorized BMW center. See the Service and Warranty Information booklet for specific terms, conditions and limitations. Further information can also be obtained from your authorized BMW center.
3 The BMW Assist™ Safety Plan comes standard or is available as an option or with the Premium Package for the first 4 years on every new BMW model. TeleService is included on all 2007 and later models with BMW Assist except for the Z4 and X3; on the 2009 and later Z4; and on the 2011 and later X3.
